World Walkie Talkie is a trade name of Itnomy BV (Chamber of Commerce no. 51178117), Schelphoek 72, 2134 WR Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. Itnomy BV is responsible for processing personal data through this website.

What data we process

Contact form. When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address, (optionally) phone number, the type of request and your message. We use this data only to answer your question and, if you ask us to, to arrange a quote, demonstration or trial system. The form is delivered to us by email.

Technical data. To prevent abuse of the form, we keep the sender's IP address in the server's memory for a short time (up to ten minutes). Our web server may also temporarily log standard technical data (such as IP address and time) for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies and analytics

Only if you give your consent, we use Google Analytics to see how visitors use this website, for example which pages are viewed most. For this, Google Analytics sets cookies (starting with _ga) that are kept for up to two years, and receives technical data such as your browser, device and approximate location. We use this data for statistics only, not for advertising. Google may process data outside the EU, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See Google's privacy policy.

Without your consent, we do not load Google Analytics. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. This website sets no other tracking cookies.

Embedded video

The product video on the home page is hosted on YouTube. It is only loaded when you click play, and we use the more privacy-friendly youtube-nocookie.com domain. From that moment on, Google's privacy policy applies.

Retention

We keep messages sent through the contact form for as long as needed to handle your question and, if a customer relationship follows, for as long as the law requires (for example, tax record-keeping obligations).

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers we need to run this website and our email (such as our hosting and email provider), or when the law requires us to.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to its processing. To do so, email info@worldwalkietalkie.nl. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy. The latest version is always on this page. In case of differences between translations, the Dutch version prevails.
